Banana Nut Cake - Easy
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 large bananas (mashed )
1/2 cup pecans
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (except pecans) and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
ADD pecans and mix well.
Bake in 2 loaf pans or make a bundt cake that has been sprayed with a flour mix or grease and flour by hand.
Bake 350F degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
