Graham Cracker Cake

5 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter
24 graham crackers, (crumbs about 2 cups)
1 cup milk
Mix all together well. Beat egg whites until stiff; then fold into batter. Pour into greased and floured 13X9 cake pan.  

Bake 350F degrees for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle. Cool cake and spread with frosting below.

FROSTING

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped

Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. ADD powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth, ADD pecans and spread over cake.
