Hawaiian Graham Cracker Cake
2 sticks margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 pkg (13 1/2oz.) graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Cream margarine and sugar. ADD eggs and beat well. ADD graham cracker crumbs and baking powder, beat well. ADD milk, vanilla, coconut and pecans, beating until blended. Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake 350F degrees about 1 hour
Cool cake completely before adding the frosting to cake.
FROSTING
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine , melted
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
ADD melted margarine to the powdered sugar, mixing well until completely blended. ADD the drained crushed pineapple; Stir to distribute well thru mixture. SPREAD on top and side of cake. Enjoy!!
