Granny Ann's Pie Section
Cherry Cream Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk while mixing; stir until blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well. Pour into pie crust. Chill 2-3 hours. Add pie filling just before serving.

Easy Cherry Pie
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons margarine, softened
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 can cherry pie filling (or try apple, apricot, blueberry, peach, or strawberry)
Streusel (below)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat first 6 ingredients together until smooth, for 15 seconds on high in a blender or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate then spoon pie filling evenly over the top.   
Bake for 25 minutes, then Top with Streusel, below.  Bake again until Streusel has browned, about 10 minutes longer. Let cool.  Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Refrigerate any left-overs.

Streusel

Cut 2 Tablespoons's firm margarine or butter into 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie and bake until brown, about 10 minutes longer.
