Granny Ann's Pie Section
German Chocolate Pie

3 cups sugar
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon corn starch
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup hot water
3 eggs yolks beaten with 2 egg whites
2 1/4 cups evaporated can milk
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut
1 unbaked pie crust                                            

Mix first seven (7) ingredients together, then add can milk and mix well.  Put pecans and coconut on the bottom of pie crust and pour filling on top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
