Granny Ann's Pie Section
Pecan Pie II

1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated can milk
1 1/2 cup pecan halves
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 pie crust, unbaked

Combine first five ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. ADD evaporated milk and mix well. Stir in pecan halves and vanilla. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie crust 9-inch. 

Cook in preheated oven 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for 35-40 minutes or until filling will not shake and is well browned. Let pie cool completely before cutting.
