Blueberry Salad
2 (3oz.) packages Grape gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 can Blueberry Pie Filling
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, fold in pineapple with juice and pie filling. Pour into a bowl and let set in refrigerator.
TOPPING
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Mix all together until creamy then spread on top of gelatin. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
