1 1/2 cups sugar
Wash and remove any stems from fresh cranberries. ADD sugar and stir in a large bowl. Cover &  let set over night in refrigerator.

NEXT morning add the following:

1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 small package miniature marshmallows   1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 tub frozen whipped topping, softened

FOLD into cranberries and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve with meal.

Great with Thanksgiving or Christmas  meal. Good served anytime!

Have a Great Day!

Granny Ann

When I was young this is one of the salads my mother fixed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I remember using a hand grinder that would cut up the cranberries.  Mom would add the sugar and put it into the refrigerator until the next day.
It is so good!
