2 cups diced unpeeled apples, washed
1 cup diced celery, washed/drained
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins, or seedless grapes, halved/washed 1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cup creamy cheese spread: (1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese and 2 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk, blended together until smooth and chilled to thicken)
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve on salad greens. Makes about 6 serving.
