Creamy Dogs on Buttered Toast
1 stick butter, melted
Add 1/2 cup flour and mix well;
Add 1 cup of milk or more while cooking to make a gravy - stirring often so it won't stick to bottom of pan.
Cut 3- 6 beef hot dogs in 1/2 inch pieces and ADD to gravy mixture. Cook at low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Put 4 to 5 dots of butter on desired number of slices of Texas Toast or whole wheat bread in oven broiler or toaster oven and brown lightly on both sides.
Spoon hot dogs with sauce over toast. Serve with a salad.
