Chocolate Chess Cake
1 Triple Chocolate Fudge, super moist, Betty Crocker
2 eggs (set out to room temperature)
1 stick butter (1/2 cup), softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon water
13X9 inch glass baking pan, sprayed with Baker's Joy
Mix cake mix, 2 eggs, butter, vanilla and water until blended. Mixture will be thick. Pat batter evenly into the greased baking pan and set aside.
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, eggs (one at a time), 2 cups powdered sugar, beat until well blended. ADD second egg and the last 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix until blended. Pour all over top of cake.
Bake at 350 F (pre-heated) oven for 20 minutes, turn oven down to 325 F and finished baking for 15 minutes.
Let cake completely cool before cutting. Refrigerate left overs in a tight container.
