Chicken Salad

1 1/2 cups cooked can chicken or turkey 
1/2 cup pecans, chopped (or walnuts)
1/2 cup seedless grapes
2 Tablespoons chopped celery 
1/3 cup lite mayonnaise 
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce 
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger               
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
Lettuce Leaves torn up to suit taste    

Combine chicken, pecan or walnut, grapes and celery in small bowl. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.    
Mix and stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, curry, ginger, and onion flakes in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad.  Makes about 3 servings.
