Vegetable Pasta Casserole
8 oz pasta shells
2 carrots, thickly sliced, steamed
1 small head cauliflower, divided in flowerets, steamed 1 bunch broccoli, divided in flowerets, steamed
1 can (4.5oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed and shredded
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Cook shells following label directions. Drain pasta shells and pour into 13X9 inch casserole dish. MIX together steamed carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, mix in mushrooms, cheese, parsley, and seasonings, ADD to pasta shells, toss together.
Bake in preheated oven 350F degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
